Day four of pounding headache hell. Got a doctor’s appointment at 8:30, in and out in one half hour.
Temp is perfect. Blood pressure on the money. Heart rate in the low 60s. The doc gave me the once over - poked, prodded and finally came up with a viral infection.
This is day four, he told me it could last for up to two weeks. I sure the hell hope not. At least my vitals are normal and my head hurts less than on the previous days.
Still sucks…
Thankfully Corky and Karen were in town so we could go to ACL. While I couldn’t make it, at least we had great help with the kids in this time of need. To be honest, I don’t think we could have made it through this weekend without them.

We were glad to be of help. You were one sick puppy the whole weekend, and didn’t look real good the couple of times you came up for air on Saturday and Sunday. Glad to hear you are feeling better, even if you’re not 100 percent yet. Hang in there!!
We were also glad to get some two-on-two time with Katie and PJ. They are really very good babies and have a pair of dedicated and loving parents. How can they fail.
