my kids are insanely cute.
Grandma Jean was just in town and she captured these images of the kids. She has a three-month rule whereby she can’t go any longer before she sees her grandchildren. The visit was a quickie, but relaxing and fun with lots of outdoor time for the twins.
I lamented to Stacey last night that I love to watch my mom be a grandma, but it’s bittersweet because I’m still a son. It’s not sad – I am very loved. But it changes and becomes a deeper bond when we become parents, too.

Patrick fell smack onto a book, causing a face abrasion. It apparently gave him the ability to share the car with his sister.

No fear. She loves to climb – it’s when she’s happiest.

Katie and PJ love to be with me when I’m working. They play with stuff they shouldn’t.

It’s always more fun when you’re on their level.

love the pic with the kids on your lap. i so know how it is. i work from home on thursdays. i’m not sure how i get anything done. zoe pulls the red mouse button thing off, she closes the screen, she pulls keys off. it can be frustrating at times, but i wouldn’t give it up.
It is fun, isn’t it?
The only time it scare me is when they find a pencil or something errant. Or when they start pulling cords for the network I have set up.
Those darn Doyle’s, what a good looking family.
I love the hand on her hip in the last picture–Sassy Katie!! They are little pumpkins with that orange on–I want to eat them up!
Catching up on old posts - how is it that you look so skinny?! Tell me your weigh-loss secrets!!
Photoshop.
I’m not, trust me. Thanks for the complement, tho.
