I rode a quick hour-long training ride today with new Twitter friend Mike Weiland (@weiland for those into it). I about died from the slight hills, apparently running/hockey is a completely different animal. Mike can straight out flatten the hills, not to mention rip a slap shot past you that’ll make you think twice about lacing up your skates.
For this ride I tried out IMapMyRide software on my iPhone. It’s OK - my location was listed as Lake Mary, FL, and they need to list out total elevation gain, but it’s cool to have the ability just from my phone. Here’s a map:
