Obama. White Sox. New president. Obama. Barack Obama. SOX.

Nothing thrills me more than to have a White Sox fan in the White House. OK, OK, a Democrat is cool, too. But how about a White Sox Fan Democrat in the MF’in White House?

Life is great, I only expect it to get better.

GOBAMA! Lead us well, Sox fan.

A look at Y2K vs Y2K08

by Joe Doyle on October 6, 2008

Caught this Chicago Tribune graphic link from a friend on Twitter and thought I would share. I’ve said it before, but I find myself looking at my bank account and the comfort of my family when I make political decisions.

This is a telling chart of how we all feel these days:
I don’t think it’s a coincidence that George W. Bush went into office in 2000 and things went straight downhill.

You vote, right? Watch this video and think about your next President’s health.

by Joe Doyle on September 29, 2008

One of the Presidential candidates has had the worst form of cancer – the most fatal – four times. It’s skin cancer, and he’s the guy from Arizona who doesn’t know how many homes he owns.

If he dies in office, which I certainly hope doesn’t happen, this woman would take over.

Does this scare the crap out of you? It does for me, especially after watching this video:

It should be noted that I respect said senator from AZ. To me, he’s one of the most amazing Americans who ever lived. His service is unending and inspirational. But his ideals and policies match our current regime, and we’re already in heaping helping of trouble.

Think about it.
