The yard is mowed. The cakes are baked. The food is prepped and the kiddie pool has water. Beer is going on ice soon and Kelly and I made Grandma Doyle’s potato salad to go along with tasty chicken sammichs. Lots of family and close friends coming by to celebrate – film at 11.
Some of our friends have big news, too:
Happy Anniversary to the expectant couple. 12 Years - oy vey! Very nice Chris and Kim.
And congrats to Matt Soble and Amy Ferranti on the birth of their son, Rylan David Soble. Everyone is healthy, and the newest SOX fan was born at 7lbs, 7oz and 20″ long. All those 7s - must be good luck!

Fifty-nine years. Wow. That’s almost as old as Willie.
How did they do it back then? I hear the mom stayed in the hospital for like a week or something. Probably no pain drugs, either. I don’t expect you to recall, you were just born!
Anyway, we wish we were together to celebrate with a cold beer and some Rosies.

I am. We are, really. All five days of interactive and almost every day of music, too.
If you’re headed to the show, let’s meet up for a coffee or beer and some good convo. Maybe we’ll even be in the same session or presentation.
I’ll try to share my schedule every day. So far it includes massive amounts of conflicting classes (so hard to choose).
Love this time of year. Look for Stalelife with the HD video camera in hand, too. We’ll be blogging the hell out of our days.
