• 4 miles of off-road running with a visiting Uncle Hose A (Joe O’Donnell) at this rocky spot will make your in-experienced body ache.
• Follow that up with a 22-mile reverse underbelly today and I can barely walk. Out of shape, but not intending to stay that way.
• So I’m hoping to register for this. CX train, baby. It’s all about getting out and doing.
• Guess what the kids got from the aforementioned Uncle yesterday? (hint below) It was nice to see ole Joe. Good food, good conversation and he just jumped right in with those kids.

Are there any pics where they are both smiling at the same time? I don’t think I have seen that yet–boy those two outwit the camera!
