Just as well, coming off a nasty, week-long cold and I need fully recover before heading back out. Not to mention the whole house needs paint before the two kids arrive.
Texas CX racing is unique. Lots of races. Only a handful of the courses are true CX courses (for example, the state race was essentially a crit with some off road). But we get to go well into January for USCF events (next week is here in town!). And there is a local MTB / CX race series every Tuesday at the moto park. I’ll get to hit it this week and next, then hockey starts.

That’s funny. The guy behind me is always around me in those CX races. Guess we’re pretty evenly matched.
