but Sox fans don’t do that crap.
We don’t throw balls back on the field.
We don’t become fans at age 22 when we move to the neighborhood.
We don’t go to watch our team fall apart in a falling-apart rat trap.
And we don’t know what a curse it.
But apparently this weekend we did know how to “cheer you on to victory” (as the best theme song in the city states).
Will this series send the Cubs into a downward death spiral? Will it become the “Sox Sweep” curse of 2008?
I doubt it - the cute, cuddly cubby bears are half good (unfortunately). But, we’ve all been here before:
Nice sweep, White Sox. Stay hot.

Stay hot indeed. And no hangover against the Indians because the Twins will not go away!
Man are you sux fans dumb. it’s for the riders on the redline. the ‘W’ or ‘L’ are raised to let the people know if the cubs won (W) or lost (L).
sux fans just jump on the field and beat up first base coaches. or they start fights in the seats. or better yet, they steal money and get their ass kicked. that’s a good one. but can you blame him? he’s probably out of work.
GO TRIBE!
GO TWINS!
GO TIGERS!
Maybe the Cubs were blinded by the World Series rings? Or perhaps the ghost of Stateway Gardens scared the entire team so they hid behind Pinella?
If it’s for people on the Red Line, then how come they’re all over the place up nort’?
At least Sox fans aren’t shooting and killing one another:

up nort? what’s a nort?
seems to me that all the killing is happening on the southside. three found dead last night on the southside. very tragic. and that story is a million years old. livin in the past my friend.
nort’ side!
Mike - I love you like a step-brother, but sometimes you are a walking contradiction. “Living in the past, my friend” was your comment, which followed your earlier comment about the Gamboa attack that happened in 2002.
Who’s in the past?
a step-brother? that means we can have sex, right?!?
Yes, but I’m 17 so it’s still illegal.
