Weds - Chi town
Travel this week brought me back home. I guess I need to stop calling it that since I live in Texas (or as I like to think of it, “the way way south side”).
To be honest, I don’t miss the VW-sized potholes and big piles of this shit that line the road this time of year. My pants and shoes are all salty, but at least I got some decent pizza for once.

Of course, spring and summer are around the bend, and there’s nothing like a fine, mild summer day in the Windy One.
Hope springs eternal.

Sweet.
Sometimes there’s just something that makes you yell out “sweet”.
I might not even go that way come November, but you can’t deny how cool it is.
Thanks for the tip, Matthew.

Guess who called?
The former first daughter, that’s who.

Then a couple hours after her, a woman named Michelle. (ahem -
you’re not the only one she contacts).

OK, so the calls were recorded voices. But why are politicians exempt from “the list”? I don’t get it.
At least they got the voice of the house right.
Er, left.
Don’t forget the 4th is our big day, Texans (you vote twice that day). Just be sure to do it..
