An angry Bear is not a good thing.
But maybe in this case it is. You know, eye of the tiger type stuff.
All I know is Chicago is excited, and damnit I am too.
GO BEARSSSSSSS!

Because my fair city doesn’t believe in road salt, I get to see all kinds of odd vehicles still running…like the occasional Renault Fuego or a Yugo (seen two last month). But it also means the city closes down during ice storms.
Seriously, we didn’t even get any mail today. And it takes a lot to slow these guys down. So no anatomy sonogram tomorrow. It’ll be moved to next week and you can find out the sex of our kids at that time.
Week: 22
Pre-born size: 9.5″ to 10″
Development: The babies have grown to about 1/2 the size they will be when they are born.
Belly:
No yoga this week, either. Pre-born pics and belly next week.
Only 18 weeks to May 31st!

Today is super great because yesterday da Bears won. Robbie Gould and his golden toe. Man it was fun to watch. We went to Ringers and sat in front of a HUGE HD projection TV with Matt & Amy and our friend Jimmy Pauley was in town from Chicago.
Before da Bears gallant victory, I raced CX in 34º temps and freezing rain. There were four creek crossings and the whole course was mud. It was great. Jim shot these:
The B/C race was fast and only had 10 or so riders. The A/B’s started 4. Crazy. The course was tough, a couple of run ups in mud, a sand pit, etc. I loved it. Finished mid-pack, I think 6th. But I didn’t stick around for results and nothing is posted yet.
Check back in two days for baby sexes.
